Allison E. Malone

Biography

Allison E. Malone is a litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office. Allison has extensive litigation experience defending clients in cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, construction defects, medical malpractice, and Dram Shop liability. Prior to joining GWB, Allison gained experience working at reputable insurance defense firms in the Charleston and Myrtle Beach areas. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Deadra L. Jefferson, a resident Circuit Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Allison obtained her JD from Chicago Kent College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During her third year of law school, Allison served as a legal writing teaching assistant. Allison also served as an editor for two law journals – the Chicago-Kent Law Review and the Seventh Circuit Review. Allison received the CALI Award in her Pre-Trial Ligation course.

Allison believes that communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and carriers are the cornerstones of a strong defense practice.

Allison resides in Charleston, SC, with her husband and their beloved greyhound, Louie. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, attending concerts, and traveling.
