Biography
Sean Faulkner is a partner in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. Sean’s practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance and secured transactions. He represents clients engaged in real estate sales, real estate purchases, real estate leasing, real estate development, and financing of commercial real estate and industrial properties. He also regularly advises banks and financial institutions on commercial real estate loan transactions.
Sean also assists clients with corporate issues, including corporate formation, structuring, and governance issues. He also has extensive experience with commercial real estate collection and foreclosure matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Sean served a clerkship under the Honorable Larry R. Patterson, South Carolina Circuit Court (1995 – 1996).
