Biography
Kendall Crawford is a litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office. Her practice is focused on all aspects of civil litigation at both the state and federal level. Kendall handles matters dealing with premises liability, commercial litigation, and general negligence.
Kendall received her juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following graduation, Kendall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice John Few at the South Carolina Supreme Court. During her clerkship, she gained experience in legal issues related to bankruptcy, statutory interpretation, civil procedure, evidence and criminal law. She was also responsible for reviewing briefs and records on appeal and discussing cases set for oral argument. Kendall uses that firsthand experience and knowledge in drafting briefs and preparing for arguments for clients.
Kendall received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University where she concentrated in History and earned a secondary degree in Sociology. Kendall was also a collegiate swimmer. While swimming for Harvard, Kendall was an Ivy League Champion and held the team record in four events. Prior to her collegiate career, Kendall participated in the USA Swimming Olympic Trials and was recognized for multiple athletic and academic achievements at the national level.
Given her experiences, Kendall places a high value on teamwork and providing clients with goals-oriented communication and service.
