Biography
Shelley Sunderman Montague is a partner in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina, office. Her primary practice is business litigation which includes complex construction, commercial and insurance matters. She has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout South Carolina and frequently handles cases involving multimillion-dollar damage claims.
Shelley’s insurance coverage experience is wide-ranging. She analyzes coverage issues, handles insurance disputes and investigates bad faith claims for clients. She has also successfully handled matters involving umbrella and excess policies, additional insured issues, time on risk disputes, as well as other complex insurance matters.
