The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) is America’s premier professional organization for experienced mediators and arbitrators working in civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership in the NADN is by invitation-only, based on peer nominations and data gathered from AAJ (Plaintiff Bar) and DRI (Defense Bar) affiliated firms to help identify the most highly regarded mediators in each state. NADN members are distinguished by their commitment to excellence in dispute resolution and enjoy exemplary reputations within the legal profession.
Jay is a partner in the firm’s Charleston office where he focuses his extensive litigation practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death, business and commercial disputes, products liability, professional negligence, and construction defect claims.
